What we do
We are a small consulting and research company that specializes is the application of information technology (I/T) in Manufacturing Operations and Engineering. With almost 40 years of experience we advise clients in a variety of subjects, including:
- Defining and implementing an effective cybersecurity program
- Assembling a business case or justification for proposed new I/T solutions
- Applying proven practices for managing a portfolio of IT solutions, including life cycle management
- Identifying, selecting, and implementing IT solutions
- Applying industry standards to address business needs
Our history
OIT Concepts (OITC) was launched in 2015 to capitalize on experience gained in a long career spent developing and specifying solutions for applying information technology (IT) to Manufacturing Operations and Engineering. This included the management of an extensive and complex portfolio of such solutions.
